sec.302 Applications for issue of electrical contractor licences
This section applies if— a person applied, before the commencement, for an electrical contractor licence under section 59 of the Act ; and on the commencement, the application has not been decided. For sections 42 and 48, section 7 as in force immediately before the commencement applies in relation to the application. s 302 ins 2018 SL No. 216 s 7 (sec.302-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person applied, before the commencement, for an electrical contractor licence under section 59 of the Act ; and on the commencement, the application has not been decided. (sec.302-ssec.2) For sections 42 and 48, section 7 as in force immediately before the commencement applies in relation to the application.
- (a) a person applied, before the commencement, for an electrical contractor licence under section 59 of the Act ; and
- (b) on the commencement, the application has not been decided.
