sec.301 References to repealed regulation
In an instrument, if the context permits— a reference to the repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and a reference to a previous provision may be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision to the previous provision.
- (a) a reference to the repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
- (b) a reference to a previous provision may be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision to the previous provision.
