sec.297 Clearances for lines built between 1 January 1995 and 1 October 2002
Repealed section 220 continues to apply except that— a reference to ‘the commencement of this section’, or ‘the commencement’, is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 220; and a reference to ‘part 7, division 4’ is taken to be a reference to part 9, division 4.
