sec.295 Clearances for lines built before 1 January 1995
Repealed section 218 continues to apply except that— a reference to ‘the commencement of this section’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 218; and a reference to ‘part 7, division 4’ is taken to be a reference to part 9, division 4.
