sec.290 Applications made before commencement
This section applies if— an application was made under a previous provision, but not decided before the commencement; and an equivalent application may be made under a corresponding provision to the previous provision. For dealing with and deciding the application, the application is taken to be an equivalent application made under the corresponding provision. (sec.290-ssec.1) This section applies if— an application was made under a previous provision, but not decided before the commencement; and an equivalent application may be made under a corresponding provision to the previous provision. (sec.290-ssec.2) For dealing with and deciding the application, the application is taken to be an equivalent application made under the corresponding provision.
