sec.285B Prescribed person for delegation by regulator— Act , s 122B
For section 122B (1) of the Act , the WHS prosecutor is prescribed. In this section— WHS prosecutor means the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor appointed under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , schedule 2 , section 31 . s 285B ins 2019 SL No. 24 s 4 (sec.285B-ssec.1) For section 122B (1) of the Act , the WHS prosecutor is prescribed. (sec.285B-ssec.2) In this section— WHS prosecutor means the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor appointed under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , schedule 2 , section 31 .
