sec.235 Appointment
An application for appointment as an accredited auditor under part 10 , division 3 of the Act must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee for the application; and supported by enough information to allow the regulator to decide the application. An application for a renewal of a person’s appointment as an accredited auditor must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee for the application; and supported by enough information to allow the regulator to decide the application; and received by the regulator at least 14 days before the appointment ends. (sec.235-ssec.1) An application for appointment as an accredited auditor under part 10 , division 3 of the Act must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee for the application; and supported by enough information to allow the regulator to decide the application.
