sec.225 Generating plant for interconnection to works of electricity entity
This section applies to a person if— private generating plant is installed at the person’s premises as part of the person’s electrical installation; and the private generating plant is intended to interconnect with the works of an electricity entity. The person must comply with the electricity entity’s conditions for ensuring safe and stable parallel operation of the private generating plant with the works of the electricity entity. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —40 penalty units. (sec.225-ssec.1) This section applies to a person if— private generating plant is installed at the person’s premises as part of the person’s electrical installation; and the private generating plant is intended to interconnect with the works of an electricity entity. (sec.225-ssec.2) The person must comply with the electricity entity’s conditions for ensuring safe and stable parallel operation of the private generating plant with the works of the electricity entity. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —40 penalty units.
