sec.176 Grounds for cancelling declaration
Each of the following is a ground for cancelling the declaration of a declared scheme— the declaration holder contravened a condition of the declared scheme; the declaration of the scheme was obtained by giving false information.
- (a) the declaration holder contravened a condition of the declared scheme;
- (b) the declaration of the scheme was obtained by giving false information.
