sec.133 Term of registration
Registration of a type of level 2 in-scope electrical equipment is for the term of 1, 2 or 5 years starting on the date of registration unless it is sooner cancelled. Subsection (3) applies if the responsible supplier’s registration lapses for a period during the term of the electrical equipment’s registration. The electrical equipment’s registration is suspended during that period. (sec.133-ssec.1) Registration of a type of level 2 in-scope electrical equipment is for the term of 1, 2 or 5 years starting on the date of registration unless it is sooner cancelled.
