sec.11 Risk management
A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must manage risks to health and safety associated with electrical risks at the workplace in accordance with the WHS Regulation , chapter 3 , part 3.1 . electrical risks associated with the design, construction, installation, protection, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and electrical installations at a workplace ES Act — section 30 (see section 8 )
