sec.5 Restricted information— Act , sch 1
For schedule 1 of the Act , definition publicly available part , paragraph (b) , the following information about a person whose name is on the electoral roll is prescribed to be restricted information— the person’s sex, occupation and date of birth; the date the person is enrolled on the electoral roll.
- (a) the person’s sex, occupation and date of birth;
- (b) the date the person is enrolled on the electoral roll.
