sec.3 Electoral rolls— Act , s 58
For section 58 (3) (e) of the Act , the other information prescribed for each person is the date the person is enrolled on the electoral roll. For section 58 (7) of the Act , the following government entities are prescribed— Brisbane City Council; Gold Coast City Council; Ipswich City Council; Logan City Council; Residential Tenancies Authority; the department in which the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 is administered. (sec.3-ssec.1) For section 58 (3) (e) of the Act , the other information prescribed for each person is the date the person is enrolled on the electoral roll. (sec.3-ssec.2) For section 58 (7) of the Act , the following government entities are prescribed— Brisbane City Council; Gold Coast City Council; Ipswich City Council; Logan City Council; Residential Tenancies Authority; the department in which the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 is administered.
