sec.19 Particulars to be included in register of non-monetary gifts— Act , s 305F
For section 305F (2) (a) of the Act , the following particulars about a non-monetary gift are prescribed— a description of the gift; the day the gift was received; the value of the gift; the relevant particulars of the person who made the gift; for a gift that has been disposed of— the day of the disposal; and the amount received for the disposal.
- (a) a description of the gift;
