92 Establishment of New Parties Fund
(cf section 97H EFED Act)
(1) There is to be a New Parties Fund to be kept by the Electoral Commission in respect of parties that are not eligible for payments from the Administration Fund.
(2) Payments from the New Parties Fund are to be distributed in accordance with this Division and Division 4.
