#### 70 No public campaign funding for endorsed candidates of eligible parties 70 No public campaign funding for endorsed candidates of eligible parties (cf section 103E EFED Act) > > (1) This section applies in relation to candidates who are duly nominated for a State general election and who are endorsed by a party that is eligible for payments from the Election Campaigns Fund under section 66. > > > (2) Payments from the Election Campaigns Fund are not to be made to any such candidate in respect of such a State general election. > > > (3) Despite subsection (2), a party may direct in writing that a part of the amount that is to be distributed to the party under section 67 be paid to any such candidate. > > > (4) This section applies despite section 68.
