#### 64 Meaning of electoral expenditure for a State election 64 Meaning of electoral expenditure for a State election (cf section 55 EFED Act) > > (1) For the purposes of this Part, electoral expenditure for a State election is electoral expenditure incurred during the capped State expenditure period for the election. > > > (2) The decision of the Electoral Commission as to whether any expenditure is or is not electoral expenditure in accordance with this Act, the regulations and the guidelines determined under section 152 is final. > > > (3) The Auditor-General or an auditor is, for the purposes of this Act, entitled to rely on any such decision of the Electoral Commission.
