#### 51 Meaning of “prohibited donor” 51 Meaning of “prohibited donor” (cf section 96GAA EFED Act) > For the purposes of this Division, a prohibited donor is— > > > (a) a property developer, or > > > (b) a tobacco industry business entity, or > > > (c) a liquor or gambling industry business entity, > > and includes any industry representative organisation if the majority of its members are such prohibited donors.
