#### 153 Extensions of time 153 Extensions of time (cf section 106 EFED Act) > > (1) The Electoral Commission may, in any particular case, extend the time for doing anything under this Act, if it is satisfied that proper reasons exist justifying the extension. > > > (2) This section has effect— > > > > > (a) despite any other provision of this Act (other than section 60), and > > > > > (b) whether or not the time for doing the thing under the provision has expired.
