#### 120 Variation and cancellation of registration 120 Variation and cancellation of registration > > (1) The Electoral Commission is to vary the particulars set out in the Register of Third-party Campaigners in relation to a person in accordance with a notification provided by, or in accordance with the written request of, the person’s official agent, unless the Electoral Commission believes on reasonable grounds that the varied particulars are not correct. > > > (2) The Electoral Commission may cancel the registration of a third-party campaigner at the written request of the person’s official agent. > > > (3) The Electoral Commission may, of its own accord or on request, omit any particulars from the Register of Third-party Campaigners if it is satisfied that the particulars are not correct. > > > (4) The Electoral Commission may, of its own accord or on request, include any particulars in the Register of Third-party Campaigners if it is satisfied that the particulars are correct. > > > (5) The Electoral Commission is to notify the relevant official agent of any variations made to the Register of Third-party Campaigners under this section. > > > (6) The regulations may provide that subsection (1) does not apply to particulars or variations of a class or description specified in the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
