#### 112 Applications for registration 112 Applications for registration > > (1) An application for registration in the Register of Associated Entities may be made to the Electoral Commission by the associated entity or the associated entity’s official agent. > > > (2) An application for registration must— > > > > > (a) be made in the manner and form approved by the Electoral Commission, and > > > > > (b) set out the following particulars— > > > > > > > (i) the full name and address of the associated entity, > > > > > > > (ii) such other particulars as may be prescribed by the regulations, and > > > > > (c) be accompanied by an appointment of the official agent of the associated entity.
