#### 111 Register of Associated Entities 111 Register of Associated Entities > > (1) The Electoral Commission is to keep a register of associated entities called the Register of Associated Entities. > > > (2) The Register of Associated Entities is to include— > > > > > (a) the full name and address of the associated entity, and > > > > > (b) such other particulars as may be prescribed by the regulations, and > > > > > (c) any other particulars that the Electoral Commission thinks fit to include in the Register. > > > (3) The Register of Associated Entities is to be kept on a continuous basis. > > > (4) The Register of Associated Entities is to be kept in the manner and form determined by the Electoral Commission.
