96 Duties of Electoral Commissioner with respect to child protection declarations
(1) The Electoral Commissioner must cause the information contained in a child protection declaration received by the Electoral Commissioner to be made public in such manner as the Electoral Commissioner thinks fit.
(2) The Electoral Commissioner must provide the information contained in the child protection declaration of those candidates elected at an election to the Children’s Guardian.
