#### 71 Statutory declarations 71 Statutory declarations > > (1) A form that is prescribed or approved under, or for the purposes of, this Part may require any information provided to be verified by statutory declaration. > > > (2) The Electoral Commissioner may also require any information in an application or return under this Part, or any information provided pursuant to a requirement under this Part, to be verified by statutory declaration. > > > (3) This section extends to verification of information provided by persons relied on as members of a party for the purposes of registration or continued registration.
