#### 267C Annual reporting information 267C Annual reporting information > The [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055), Part 7, Division 7.3 is, in its application to the annual reporting information prepared by or for the Electoral Commission or Electoral Commissioner, modified as follows— > > > (a) the annual reporting information is to be given— > > > > > (i) to the Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament and not to the responsible Minister for the Electoral Commission, and > > > > > (ii) as soon as practicable after the end of the annual reporting period but no later than within 5 months or any other period prescribed under the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055), section 7.13 for the purposes of that section, > > > (b) the President of the Council must cause the annual reporting information to be laid before the Council as soon as practicable after the receipt by the President of the information, > > > (c) the Speaker of the Assembly must cause the annual reporting information to be laid before the Assembly as soon as practicable after the receipt by the Speaker of the information, > > > (d) provisions of that Act relating to the giving of annual reporting information to the responsible Minister for a GSF agency and to the public availability of annual reporting information do not apply to the Electoral Commission or the Electoral Commissioner. > > **s 267C:** Ins 2026 No 6, Sch 1\[95\].
