#### 265 Payment of expenses 265 Payment of expenses > The Governor may, by order addressed to the Treasurer, authorise and direct that all such moneys as are from time to time required for paying any expenses lawfully incurred under and in the execution of the provisions of this Act be paid out of the Consolidated Fund, and those expenses are accordingly appropriated to the extent necessary.
