#### 262 Opening sealed packages containing rolls used at election 262 Opening sealed packages containing rolls used at election > For the purposes of this Act, the Electoral Commissioner at any election— > > > (a) may open and if necessary break the seal of any package containing the authorised rolls used at the election, and examine those rolls for the purpose of preparing the list under section 259, and > > > (b) at the conclusion of the examination must replace those rolls in the packages from which they were taken, and re-seal them, and comply with the provisions of section 175, as the case requires.
