#### 260 Notation on list of non-voters of response to penalty notice 260 Notation on list of non-voters of response to penalty notice > The Electoral Commissioner is to note on the list prepared under section 259, in relation to each elector to whom a penalty notice is issued— > > > (a) whether or not there has been a response to the notice, and > > > (b) if there has been a response—whether or not a sufficient reason has been given or the penalty paid.
