#### 255 Proof of certain matters not required 255 Proof of certain matters not required > In any legal proceedings, proof is not required (until prima facie evidence is given to the contrary) of the following— > > > (a) the constitution of the Electoral Commission, > > > (b) any resolution of the Electoral Commission, > > > (c) the appointment of or holding of office by the Electoral Commissioner or any other member of the Electoral Commission, > > > (d) the presence or nature of a quorum at any meeting of the Electoral Commission.
