#### 245 Other costs 245 Other costs > All other costs awarded by the Court of Disputed Returns, including any balance above the deposit payable by the petitioner, are recoverable as if the order of the Court were a judgment of the Supreme Court, and such order may be entered as a judgment of the Supreme Court and enforced accordingly.
