#### 213 Disorderly conduct at public political meetings 213 Disorderly conduct at public political meetings > > (1) A person must not, at any public meeting to which this section applies, act in a disorderly manner for the purpose of disrupting the meeting. > > > (2) This section applies to any lawful public political meeting held in relation to any election between the date of the issue of the writ for the election and the date of the return of the writ. > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
