#### 211 Ballot papers not to be removed from voting centre etc 211 Ballot papers not to be removed from voting centre etc > A person must not, without lawful authority— > > > (a) remove a ballot paper from any voting centre, or > > > (b) enter into a compartment of a voting centre while any person is in the compartment, or > > > (c) remain in the compartment of a voting centre for a longer period than is necessary for the purpose of marking his or her ballot paper, or > > > (d) obstruct or unnecessarily delay the proceedings at a voting centre. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
