19 Application of [Royal Commissions Act 1923](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1923-029) to Redistribution Panel
> > (1) In relation to the exercise of their functions under this Part, the members of the Redistribution Panel have the powers and immunities of a commissioner, and the Chairperson of the Panel has the powers of a chairperson, within the meaning of Division 1 of Part 2 of the [Royal Commissions Act 1923](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1923-029).

> > (2) The provisions of that Act (other than section 13 and Division 2 of Part 2) apply, with all necessary changes, to any witness or person summoned by or appearing before the Panel.
