#### 17 Establishment of Electoral Districts Redistribution Panel 17 Establishment of Electoral Districts Redistribution Panel > > (1) There is established by this Act an Electoral Districts Redistribution Panel (the Redistribution Panel) consisting of the following 3 members— > > > > > (a) a current or former Judge appointed by the Governor as the Chairperson of the Redistribution Panel, > > > > > (b) the Electoral Commissioner, > > > > > (c) the Surveyor-General. > > > (2) In this section, Judge means— > > > > > (a) a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales or of any other State or Territory, or > > > > > (b) a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, or > > > > > (c) a Justice of the High Court of Australia.
