#### 109 Hours of operation of voting centres 109 Hours of operation of voting centres > > (1) Each voting centre, other than a mobile voting centre, that is to operate on election day must— > > > > > (a) be open for voting from 8 am on election day, and > > > > > (b) unless adjourned, close at 6 pm on that day. > > > (2) However, if any elector entitled to vote is in a voting centre at 6 pm on election day and desires to vote, the elector must be permitted to vote. > > > (3) Subsection (2) is subject to sections 203 (2) (c) and (d) and 211 (d).
