75 Ballot boxes at early voting centres in Territory (1) This section applies to ballot papers issued under Subdivisions 2 and 3 at an early voting centre in the Territory. (2) As soon as practicable after 6 pm on the day before election day, an authorised officer must: (a) seal the ballot boxes containing the ballot papers; and (b) send the sealed boxes to the Commission or, if directed by the Commission, the officer in charge of a scrutiny centre for scrutiny under Part 7.
