72 Casting vote the casting of a vote by an elector issued a ballot paper under section 71. (2) After the issue of the ballot paper to the person, the person must, without delay: (a) go to an unoccupied voting compartment at the early voting centre and there, in private: (i) mark the person's vote on the ballot paper; and (b) place the ballot paper in a ballot box at the centre or, if the centre is not declared to be an early voting centre for the region in which the person's enrolled division is situated, place it in an envelope bearing the name of the division and the centre, seal the envelope and place it in a ballot box at the centre; and (c) leave the centre.
