49 Procedure for voting (1) A person may cast a vote at an election in accordance with Divisions 2 to 6A. (2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a person may cast a vote on election day at any voting centre in the Territory, whether or not the voting centre is in the division for which the person is enrolled.
