45 Administrative arrangements The Commission must make appropriate administrative arrangements for the conduct of an election and, in particular, must ensure each voting centre is properly equipped with: (a) separate voting compartments constructed to screen voters from observation while marking ballot papers; and (b) ballot boxes capable of being securely sealed; and (c) certified lists of voters, ballot papers and other documents and stationery.
