44 Certified lists of voters (1) For the conduct of an election for a division, the Commission must prepare and certify lists of electors on the roll for the division. (2) For the conduct of a general election, the Commission must prepare and certify: (a) lists of electors on the roll for each division; and (b) lists of electors on the rolls for all divisions.
