42 Early voting centres, voting centres and scrutiny centres (1) The Commission may, in writing: (a) appoint a stated place to be an early voting centre for an election; and (b) appoint a stated place to be an election day voting centre for an election for one or more divisions; and (c) appoint a stated place to be a scrutiny centre for scrutiny at an (2) The Commission must give public notice stating particulars of each early voting centre and election day voting centre for the election.
