31 Nomination of candidate (1) A person may be nominated as a candidate for election for a division only by: (a) if the person is nominated as the party candidate of a registered party for the division – the registered officer of that party; or (b) otherwise – 6 electors entitled to vote at the election in the (2) Only one person may be nominated as the party candidate for a registered party for the division for the election.
