222 Non-compliance with Part (1) The failure of a person to comply with a provision of this Part in relation to an election does not invalidate the election. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), if a candidate endorsed by a registered party is elected at an election, a failure by the reporting agent of the party to comply with a provision of this Part for the election does not invalidate the candidate's election. (3) In addition, without limiting subsection (1), if the reporting agent of a candidate who is elected at an election does not comply with a provision of this Part for the election, the failure does not invalidate the candidate's election.
