192 Disclosure of gifts – other elections In respect of any election to which section 191 does not apply, the reporting agent of a candidate, a registered party, an associated entity or a third party campaigner must give the Commission a return in the approved form: (a) for the period beginning on 1 July preceding the day on which the election is held and ending on the day the writ is issued – by 5 days after the writ is issued; and (b) for the period beginning on the day after the day the writ is issued and ending 17 days later – by 20 days after the day the writ is issued; and Electoral Act 2004 104 (c) for the period beginning 18 days after the day the writ is issued and ending 30 days after election day – by 40 days after election day.
