165 Notice of cancellation
If the Commission cancels the registration of a registered party, the
(a) give public notice of the cancellation; and
Electoral Act 2004 87
(b) if the registration is cancelled under section 161(3) – give an
information notice for the decision to the registered officer or
last registered officer of the party.
