143 Preparing first proposed redistribution (1) As soon as practicable after the 14 days mentioned in section 142(b)(ii), the Redistribution Committee must prepare a first proposed redistribution of the Territory into divisions. (2) The first proposed redistribution must include proposed names for the proposed divisions.
