108 Initial count of votes
(1) This section applies to the ballot papers mentioned in
sections 103(1)(b), 105(3)(b) and 107(3)(a).

(d) place all formal ballot papers mentioned in paragraph (b) in
(e) seal the parcels mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (d) and
(f) make and sign a statement stating the number of:
and
(ii) informal votes.
(a) a sealed parcel mentioned in subsection (2)(e);
(b) the statement mentioned in subsection (2)(f).
