58C Political party not to be re-registered during election During the period that starts on the day of the issue of the writ for an election and ends on the day on which the writ is returned— (a) the Commission must not— (i) consider an application made under section 58B; or (ii) re-register a registered political party; and (b) the Tribunal must not— (i) review a decision made on an application under section 58B; or (ii) make an order in relation to an application under section 58B.
