221A Confidential information (1) For the purposes of this Part— (a) the street address (which does not include the suburb and State) of a donor is confidential information; and (b) the address (including the street, suburb and State) of a silent elector is confidential information. (2) The regulations may prescribe other information of a type or kind provided to the Commission under this Part to be confidential information. (3) The Commission must not, directly or indirectly, disclose any information which is prescribed to be confidential information unless the Commission is required to provide the confidential information by law or is otherwise permitted to provide the confidential information in accordance with this Act.
