217G Forfeiture of political donations accepted in contravention of this Division (1) A political donation that is accepted in contravention of this Division is forfeited to the State. (2) An amount forfeited under subsection (1) may be recovered from the registered political party, candidate at an election, group, elected member, nominated entity, associated entity or third party campaigner that accepted the political donation.
